Pulverising

The grinding of spices is referred to as pulverising. It is a specialised and product-specific process. At Hartfoods the pulverising process is used to grind whole spices into coarse or fine powders. We use compressed cryogenic grinding methods in which our machinery runs at low temperatures to retain the natural flavour, aroma and taste of spices.
